My Name is Saragarbl and I am Addicted to Hippie Food

After driving through Orlando to get to our hotel, I was not hopeful about the dining options in such a touristy city.  After consulting with my best friend Yelp, though, we found a gem.  Look at the concentration on my face when the responsibility of finding a place to eat is on my shoulders:

I found a dandy little vegetarian restaurant called Dandelion Communitea Cafe.

Jgarbl started off with an ice cold brewsky.

While I opted for a natural brew ginger ale.  Because I am one classy broad.

The decor was so shabby chic!  If shabby chic was your pothead uncle’s closet from the 70’s.

You guys!  The food was flippin amazesauce.  We started off with the spring rolls in home made peanut dipping sauce.  I would go back to Orlando for this meal alone.

For my  main hippie dish I ordered the sweet potato burrito.  They slow bake sweet potatoes with a hint of cayenne pepper, top it with ginger cilantro sauce then press it in a whole wheat wrap with quinoa, carrots, corn and white onions.  It came with a side of home made hummus and blue corn chips.  I was in heaven.  I am seriously considering going vegetarian and tie-dyeing all my clothes after eating this burrito.

Jason had the seitan sandwich.  He would.  After he had a bite of my burrito he was Major Jelly and wished he knew how to order like a champion.

You only live once so I got a vegan cupcake to go.  I think it was chai flavored.  The only thing I remember is that I was mad I had to share it.  Can’t say enough good things about this place.  My name is Sara and I like meatless burritos.  There, I said it.

Yelp is my homie. None of this sounds appetizing to me. There, I said it.
